Therapy for brilliant, exhausted people.

ADHD that went unnoticed for years. Anxiety and depression hidden behind achievement. Trauma that still shapes how you move through the world. The exhaustion of always being everyone’s strong one. I help high-achieving adults understand what’s really going on — and learn what to do about it.

You’re not looking for a lecture. You’re looking for a plan.

You’ve read the articles. You’ve taken the online quizzes at 1 a.m. You may have even done therapy before — the kind where you talked for a year and left with a lot of insight and no idea what to do on Tuesday.

That’s not how I work. My practice is built on a simple model: Learn what’s actually happening in your brain and your life. Apply it, in real time, with real tools. Become the version of you that isn’t running on fumes and apology. It’s therapy for people who want to understand and do.

How this works

01

We talk first. Free.

A 15-minute call. You tell me what’s going on, I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person. If I’m not, I’ll point you to someone who is. No couch, no commitment, no weirdness.

02

We make a plan.

Your first full session ends with an actual direction: what we’re working on, how, and roughly how long it takes. You’ll never wonder what therapy is “doing.”

03

We do the work.

Weekly or biweekly. Practical, evidence-based, culturally aware, and occasionally funny, because you’re a whole person and this is your hour.

Book your free consult

No pressure. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether I’m the right therapist for you.

Hi, I’m LaToscha.

LaToscha Sherman, MS, LPC, is a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of The LAB Wellness Group PLLC. She provides virtual therapy to adults located throughout Texas and works with concerns including adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, stress, and life transitions — with particular focus on high-achieving professionals and helping professionals.

Licensed Professional Counselor. Former Associate Dean of Counseling Services, where I led a team of 13+ clinicians serving 48,000 students, which means two things for you: I’ve heard nearly everything, and I know the difference between therapy that sounds good and therapy that works. My clients tend to be the capable ones — the ones nobody thinks to check on. That’s exactly who I built The LAB for.
